Returns-Refunds

Every signed book from DouglasClegg.com is sold as-is. Anything listed will be in good-to-excellent condition when it’s sent. I check every single book that goes out and you won’t get a book that is not like-new or as “like-new” as a 10-20 year old book might be. Sometimes, in an older titles, the pages have yellowed. This is a result of the kind of paper used by the original publisher.

However, in the case of the trade paperbacks from Alkemara Press, these are brand-new.

Our returns/refunds policies:

1. No returns or refunds on personally-inscribed books.
2. Check your order  the minute you open the package. Damage? Let us know ASAP. Email: DClegg@DouglasClegg.com
3. Outside the U.S.? We’re unable to do refunds/returns at this time. We apologize.
